Tukuwool Sock is here! Tukuwool Sock is a unique Finnish sock yarn that is spun and dyed in Finland with Finnish wool and now with biodegradable polyamide for durability.

The Tukuwool Sock yarn is designed with sock knitting in mind. Carded, non-superwash wool yarn that provides warm and comfortable socks. The triple twisted yarn is tightly but carefully twisted to create a light and lively yarn for a pleasant knitting experience.

The generous skein of 320m/100g is enough for a pair of socks for adults, knitted with 2.5-3mm needles and a stitch count of 26-28 stitches per 10 cm.

This versatile yarn is suitable for different types of knitting and structures. The stitch density varies from 23 to 28 stitches per 10 cm with 2.50mm to 3.75mm needles.

Tukuwool is spun from 100% Finnish wool , mostly Finull with elements of the Finull-Texel cross. Finnish wool that has the original, natural feel and scent.

Biodegradable polyamide is used for durability and can be broken down by natural processes into harmless components within a reasonable time frame, around 5 years, unlike traditional polyamide which can remain in the environment for decades.

The carefully selected color range includes both natural undyed shades and colored colors on both white and gray bases.Undyed colors are 01 Sake natural white and 03 Auri natural grey.

Hand washing in cold water is recommended.
