Lasse L. Matberg comes from a family where generations back have worked to
create things with your hands. Father and grandfather were craftsmen. Mother and grandmother often sat with the knitting and knitted warm garments for the family. The patterns are made in collaboration with "Strikemecka" and Lasse and his family are models in the book. Lasse L. Matberg is a social media star and fitness model from Norway. Known for his distinctive Viking look – including his striking beard and long hair – Matberg is 198cm tall and made up of rippling muscles. Lasse is also a crossfit athlete with a degree in sports nutrition and personal training and has amassed over 660,000 Instagram followers.
